Very Good

Proximity to airport both coming and going. Nice place, nice staff.

Got charged for a missing towel. Only stayed 1 night, but didn't count when I arrived. I payed 200 php fee anyway. Will use again however.

I had an excellent 3-day stay at this hotel, which offers a wide range of amenities, including a casino and a pool. Here are my highlights: 1. Proximity to the Airport: The hotel is incredibly convenient for travelers arriving at Cebu Airport, especially from Terminal 1. You can simply cross the taxi rank road, take a ramp into the garage, and head up an escalator straight into the lobby—super handy for tired travelers. 2. Room Service: Room service was outstanding. I relied on it heavily, and every meal was delicious and well-prepared. 3. Room Cleanliness: The rooms were spotless and well-organized, with excellent views of planes taking off—surprisingly calming after a busy day. 4. Staff & Concierge: The staff were friendly and accommodating. A concierge even met me at the airport and provided a quick ride to the hotel’s main entrance, which was a lifesaver after a long travel day. Although I was busy with business in Cebu, I heard great feedback about the pool and casino. If you're arriving at Terminal 2, this hotel is a much better option than the Aerotel, and likely more affordable. You can request a pickup from Terminal 2, though it’s about a 600m walk if you prefer to make your own way. Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommended for international travelers who prioritize convenience.

Very close to the airport, had the shuttle, restaurant had great food, and the pool was very nice.

Comfortable Stay for Tight Airport Connections

Airport representative and driver were very nice and accommodating. Staff were all very nice. Location is very close to the airport. Big, spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. We were upgraded from a deluxe suite to an executive suite. Nice shower.

We checked in at 10pm. There was 1 person checking in guests and 1 person assisting the other. There were 5 people checking in before me. It took a long time until it was my turn to check in. We ordered dinner at the restaurant. The food took almost an hour to arrive. We followed up multiple times but was told there were other meals being prepared before ours. We were the only ones at the restaurant. When the food finally arrived at our table, the soup was hot, but everything else was cold. We were thankful for the upgrade from a Deluxe Suite to an Executive Suite. The room was dated and in need of a renovation. The toilet required a few clicks for flushing.

Convenient to Airport, excellent staff.

The location is excellent for airport commuting, you can just walk to the Hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly. Good value for money.

The walkway to the pool area was mouldy and smelly. Everything else in the Hotel is good.

Great location and service but hotel could do better in improving the value for money.

Location was superb. Within 5mins walk to the airport and the hotel provides shuttle service too (esp if you are going to T2 which is slightly further away).

Facilities are a little dated eg room furniture, pool, gym. Price did not include breakfast (which wld have been a major bonus).

We stayed to be close to the airport for our next flight, it’s next door and they do a free shuttle. The staff were lovely and helpful and breakfast had a great range.

Slightly dated but all clean. Air conditioning wasn’t the strongest.

Very good location but facilities could be improved.

Location is very good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Staff helped us carry our luggage when the escalator wasn't working. We were also taken to our terminal with their shuttle proactively

Escalator wasn't working when we were there. Breakfast was OK but nothing really special. Bidet in the toilet wasn't really working. Furniture/bed could be improved as well. Lighting in the room can be improved too.

Great spot close to the airport, very comfortable beds, great pool

Fantastic size room. Bathroom was very well presented and the pool was so good. Great shower facitities/bathroom at the pool also. Great buffet breakfast selection.

Al la carte menu seemed a bit pricey to be honest. Had to pay an extra rolerway bed for a 6 year old, 2000php seemed a bit much for that age.

Very Good

This was our second stay at the hotel, so we knew more or less what to expect. The location was the major factor for us, as it's right by the airport. We knew there was a restaurant for evening meal and breakfast, so we didn't have to go looking, and the breakfast buffet was superb. After checkout the free shuttle to the International terminal is a real bonus. It would only be a short walk, but in the heat, or in rain, with suitcases, it's no fun. Staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly.

After 3 weeks in the Philippines we were looking forward to a hot shower. Unfortunately, there was no hot water. The bed was huge, and comfortable. Unfortunately the pillows were too small and thin, and I had a very sleepless night because of this. I'm very large, but even my partner, who's tiny, had problems. The only other thing, which annoyed me, was the price of a beer in the restaurant, over 6 times as expensive as outside. I expect hotel prices to be higher, but not to that degree.
